Nigel parked the car in the front row outside of the Insitute. He turrned around in his seat to look at Cori and Figment. "All right you two," he said authoritively. "I want the two of you on your best behavior. So Cori no picking peoples pockets, Figment no messing around with buttons that you aren't sure what they do."
He looked up at the building nervously. This was the first office party he had taken the entire group to an seeing as the seemed to get in trouble nomater where they went he was haveing a few misgivings. He glanced at Dreamfinder, and almost laughed at how strange a group they were. he got out of the car and lead the way toward the Imagination Institute.

Figment grinned at Cori. "Of couse we wont do anything like that. I mean we could if we needed to but if it is'nt nesicary, then why bother?"

Cori grinned. "Come on Figment, You know that if i dont behave i dont get to prison and bother all my friends there. So extra special good tonight." Sh lifted her hands above her head to form a halo.

Wayne led his family toward the Institute. Over to one side he saw Dr. Channing leading his own group. "Hey Nick their's your friend Cori. Why don't you go say Hello?"

Dream Finder lingered outside of the car after watching Nigel get out of it. "Look, Nigel, calm down a little things will be fine."
And when Nigel turned away Dream Finder looked back at Figment and Cori, "and could you two please, just this one night, please just behave so your dad doesn't pop a blood vessel."

Nick blushed it was bad enough that he had a crush on Cori, but now his dad was trying to hook them up. He turned and started walking toward her. Suddenly he felt a tiny hand pulling at his jeans.
"Adam go too, Adam go too." gurrgled the one year old who was following him, again.
Nick turned and signaled to his Mom to make sure she knew where Adam was and didn't freak out. "Come on Adam."

Cori saw Nick and Adam headed for her and ran to meet them. She scooped Adam up and spun him around. "Wheee!" she said throwing hre voice about an octave higher. Adam giggled with delight. "Hey Nick what's up?"

"As if it isn't bad enough that I'm stuck coming to this office party on a perfectly fine Saturday, why do I have to be coming with my family!" Amy said as she slinked down into her seat. She jumped as she felt something familiar on her back.
"NICK!" She screamed as she grabbed his pet boa. "Could you please keep this thing locked up, just this once!"

"Calm down dear," Diane said, her mind not really on her daughter, but more on her husband and his friends. "We all just need to calm down tonight. Wayne, put that thing back in the car!" She said, chasing after her husband. "I said no inventions!"

Amy smiled as she watched her mom chase what would possibly soon be her ex-husband. Always with the inventions, and for some reason they were always hats. Amy didn't really understand that part. She sulked up towards the Institute, she didn't really hate it, but she didn't want anyone to see her having a good time.
At least until she got into the building that is...

"It's just a celibration helmet," Wane tryed to explain to his wife. "See you just pull this and... mabye another time..." he walked back to the car and put the helmet on one of the seats.

Nick grabbed Gigabyte from Aimee, "Watch out you'll crush him!" He, his brother, and his snake walked back over to Cori and offered his arn to her to escort her in to the Institute.

Cori accepted Nick's arm, and then began pulling him forward. She giggled with delight at the thought of being back inside the institute. She had only been once before, just before she had been adopted. "Nick come on, hey Aimee I'll race you!" She started sprinting for the building and slipped on a patch of ice.

Amy made a face at her brother and his stupid snake. It wasn't fair of mom to let him drag that thing around everywhere. Her whole family was just out to torture her or something.
"Cori, I am so not racing you in this weather. Do you want us both to end up in the hospital?" Amy asked. "Geez, and you're supposed to be the genius."
