The Big Drop

[Sawyer]

Sawyer was sitting on the floor of the elevator trying to finish some reports she was still working on for the head of the Disney company. She'd been riding the elevator for nearly an hour trying to finish.
Well, better to be late with the work than to be early without it. She thought to herself. Where's Danny when you need him? He always has a great excuse.
Sawyer moved her hair from her eyes and looked up at the control panel. A lot of the lights had turned off. She stood up and pushed them again before sitting back down.
The second Sawyer sat down the lights flickered. She let out a long sigh and shrugged her shoulders. Suddenly another light came on the elevator. One that told her they were making a stop...

[Max]

Max casually walked into the elevator and reached over to push a button. To his surprise nearly everyone of the buttons was already pushed. He looked over into the corner of the elevator at the pretty white cat in the corner.
"Hi," he said. "My name is Max." Max held his hand out as he cast another glance at the elevator buttons. "And did you push all of those?"
As Max walked over to the edge of the elevator the lights flickered and it seemed to jump.
"Almost foreboding, isn't it?"

[Megara]

Meg came running at the elevator. "Hold it!" She screamed. She picked up the edges of her dress to make movement a little easier. "Hold the door!"
Meg could almost tell what would be happening next as she stumbled into the elevator. Her shoe got caught and she went stumbling...just like always.
"So much for the 'I'm not a helpless girl act'," she said angrily as the boy in the elevator caught her. She turned and looked at the buttons and could see the white cat grimace from the corner of her eye.
"So, looks like someone had a field day with these buttons. Looks like this should be a fun ride." Meg took a seat on the ground by the wall next to the two in there.
"Hi, my name is Megara, my friends call me Meg or at least they would if I had any friends."

[Sawyer]

"Nice to meet you Max and Meg." Sawyer said. She looked over at the buttons on the wall. "And sorry about that. I just needed some time to get some work done."
Sawyer closed the book she was working with and repositioned herself to get a better view of the two.
"So what are you both representing at this studio? I'm working on the tenth floor, Movie Crossovers."

[Max]

"Top floor," Max said. "With the 'big shots'." Max looked at his feet and sighed. "My dad got me the job." Remembering that got slightly angered him.
"And you know something, my dad is at the top of the character chart and I've only been in two movies! What's up with that." Max looked over at the two girls and blushed.
"Sorry, that's just a topic that gets me kind of heated. I'm just an assistant up there, almost Secretary-ish. The only other job I've got is as a valet parker. Not really the most exciting life."

[Phileas]

Phileas was highly interested in the physics of the elevator. Someone had told him how it had worked but he was eager to see for himself. upon entering he was suprised to seea throng of people already in there. he nodded at them and entered. "Hello, tell me is this elevator full or can one more fit?"

[Megara]

"One more should do it." Meg said as the man got on the elevator. "Of course with all the weird stuff going on in here we may not want to risk it."

[Phileas]

Phileas looked worriely at the woman who had just spoken, "Strange things? Perhaps I should get off." But as he turned around the door behind him closed and the elevator was moveing. He shrugged it off thinking he could leave on the next floor. "Name's Fogg by the way, Phileas Fogg. And who might you be?"

[Max]

"I'll be the In Elevator welcome wagon." Max said. "Meet Meg, she's the one with all the purple, Sawyer, she's the cat, and I am Max." Max reached his hand out for Phileas to shake it.
"And don't listen to Meg. Everything should be alright."

[Sawyer]

(Let's get this party started)

"Nice to meet you Phileas." Sawyer said as she stood up, realizing that she barely came to the mans chin. "What floor are you on?"
Sawyer began to reach towards the unlit buttons (there were only two) when everyone in the elevator could feel a lurch. For a second no one breathed and all of a sudden everyone did.
Only instead of breathing it was a scream.

(Here we go!!!!!)

[Phileas]

BAD IDEA BAD IDEA THIS WAS SUCH A BAD IDEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Phileas crashed to the floor as the elevator began to drop. He turned and tryed to see how his companions were doing...

[Megara]

To answer Phileas' wondering, Meg was not doing good. She was having a severe multi-tasking issue going on in her corner. She was holding onto the handrail of the elevator while trying to make sure that her dress stayed in a place suitable for co-ed places.

[Sawyer]

Sawyer would've been laughing, of course, to laugh one would usually need to be having a good time, which was strangely enough not happening. She could feel the elevator lurch again as it began to crash through something. She looked over at her new friends and sighed.
They peeled the doors away from each other and all stepped out of the elevator.
"Um, I don't think we're in the Disney studio anymore."
